Steps

Open the SimSIM app

Launch SimSIM on your phone.

Go to your active plan

Your active plan is displayed on the home screen. Tap it to see your remaining data balance.

Tap Top Up

Select Top Up or Add more data on your plan screen.

Choose an amount and confirm payment

Pick the additional data amount that suits your needs and confirm payment. The full cost is shown before you commit.

Your balance updates immediately

Your data balance is refreshed straight away — no waiting, no restart required.

Low-data alerts

SimSIM sends you a notification when your data is running low, so you have time to top up before going offline.

Using SimSIM Coins for a top-up

You can use SimSIM Coins toward the cost of a top-up just like a regular plan purchase. A minimum of 15 coins is required to redeem at checkout, and any coins you earn from the top-up are added to your balance automatically.

Buying a new plan instead

If your current plan has expired (not just run out of data), you’ll need to purchase a new plan from the app rather than topping up. Contact support at support@simsimglobal.com if you’re unsure whether your plan is expired or just empty.
