Your SimSIM account gives you access to your active plans, purchase history, SimSIM Coins balance, and settings — all from the app.

Creating an account

  1. Download the SimSIM app (iOS or Android).
  2. Open the app and tap Sign Up.
  3. Enter your email address and create a password — or sign in with Google or Apple.
  4. Verify your email address.
  5. You’re ready to browse plans and make your first purchase.

What’s in your account

Active Plans

View all your current and past eSIM plans, data balances, and expiry dates.

Purchase History

Access your full order history and download receipts.

SimSIM Coins

Check your cashback balance and see how close you are to the next reward tier.

Settings

Update your email, notification preferences, and payment methods.

Deleting your account

Deleting your account is permanent. Your SimSIM Coins balance and referral history will be erased. Active eSIMs remain usable until their original expiry date.
  1. Open the SimSIM app.
  2. Go to Profile → Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.
  4. If you signed in with Google or Apple, you don’t need a separate password to confirm deletion.
Purchase records and invoice data are retained anonymously for up to 7 years as required by Israeli tax law, even after account deletion.
