Delete your account in the app
To delete your account and associated data, go to Profile → Account → Delete Account in the app.

Data Retention
Purchase records and invoice data are retained anonymously for up to 7 years per Israeli tax law, even after account deletion. Active eSIMs remain usable until their original expiry date.
Children’s Privacy
SimSIM is not intended for users under 16. If we discover data collected from a minor, it will be deleted immediately.
