SimSIM is a travel eSIM service that gives you instant mobile data in 200+ countries. You buy a plan in the app, scan a QR code to install the eSIM, and land connected — no physical SIM swap needed.
No. SimSIM is a digital eSIM that lives on your phone. There’s nothing to order, nothing to pop into a tray, and nothing to lose.
SimSIM is a data-only service. Voice calls and SMS are not included. However, apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, FaceTime (audio/video), and Google Voice work over data.

Compatibility

Most modern smartphones — iPhone XS/XR and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later — support eSIM. Go to Settings and look for “Add eSIM” to confirm. Your phone also needs to be network-unlocked.
A network-unlocked phone isn’t tied to one carrier. If you bought your phone from a carrier on a contract, contact them to confirm it’s unlocked before purchasing SimSIM.

Activation & Setup

SimSIM activates automatically when you arrive in your destination country. Install the eSIM at home before you travel — setup takes about a minute.
Yes, but you’ll need a Wi-Fi connection to complete the installation. It’s easier and safer to do it before you leave.
Make sure you’re scanning the code in good lighting and your camera is focused. If it still doesn’t work, contact support@simsimglobal.com with your order number.

Data & Top-Ups

SimSIM sends you a notification when your data is running low. Open the app and tap Top Up to add more data instantly — no reinstall needed.
No. Unused data from a plan expires at the end of the validity period. Top up before your plan expires if you need more.

SimSIM covers 200+ countries. Browse the app or check the coverage page for the full list.
Yes. A regional plan (e.g., Europe, Asia) keeps you connected in all countries within that zone on a single plan.

Account & Billing

You can cancel within 14 days of purchase if you haven’t scanned (activated) your QR code yet. A cancellation fee of 5% of the total price or ₪100 (whichever is lower) applies. Once the QR code is activated, the service is considered delivered and refunds are not available.
Go to Profile → Account → Delete Account in the app. This is permanent and erases your SimSIM Coins balance and referral history.
