When an eSIM supports top-ups, you can add data to the same profile from its details screen.

Steps

  1. Open My eSIMs.
  2. Open the eSIM you want to top up.
  3. Tap Top up data or Add data.
  4. Choose an available top-up package.
  5. Apply SimSIM Coins if you want to use them.
  6. Review the price and complete payment.
The app updates the eSIM after the order is processed. If the plan does not support top-ups, buy a new plan instead. An expired eSIM cannot be topped up. If the balance does not update, reopen the app and check the eSIM details again. For persistent issues, use Troubleshooting.
