1. Choose a plan

Open Shop, search for a country or city, and compare the plans available for your destination. You can also browse regional plans.

2. Check your device

Before you pay, use the device check and confirm that your phone supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked.

3. Install your eSIM

After payment, open the purchased eSIM in My eSIMs and tap Install eSIM. You need Wi-Fi or another working connection during installation. You can also open the QR or manual installation details when needed.

4. Use SimSIM for data

When you arrive, select SimSIM as your mobile data line and enable data roaming for that line. Keep your regular SIM for calls and SMS.

5. Manage the plan

The eSIM details screen shows your remaining data, validity, network, package details, and available actions such as top-up or support.
