Install from the app
- Open My eSIMs.
- Open the eSIM with the Ready to install status.
- Tap Install eSIM and follow your device’s prompts.
- If you need another method, open the menu and choose Install on another device to view the QR or manual details.
After installation
- Set SimSIM as your mobile data line.
- Enable data roaming for the SimSIM line.
- Keep your regular SIM active for calls and SMS.
- Avoid deleting the eSIM while it is usable. A deleted profile cannot be reinstalled from the app.
