Manage an eSIM

Open an eSIM from My eSIMs to see its status, remaining data, validity, network, package details, and available actions.

eSIM statuses

Status	Meaning
Ready to install	The profile is available but has not been installed on a device.
Connected	The profile is installed and active.
eSIM turned off	The profile is installed but disabled in device settings.
Data used	The package has no remaining data. Top-up availability depends on the plan.
Expired	The package validity ended. Buy a new eSIM to continue.
Suspended	The network provider paused the profile. Contact support.
Unavailable	The profile was cancelled or revoked and cannot be used.

You can rename an eSIM, copy its ICCID, open package details, contact support, and archive terminal eSIMs when those actions are available.

Do not delete an active or suspended eSIM from your phone. Reinstalling a deleted profile may not be possible.
