# SimSIM Coins: Earn Cashback on Every Trip

> SimSIM Coins are a cashback loyalty program. Earn 2–5% on every purchase and redeem coins toward future plans.

SimSIM Coins reward you for every plan you buy. Each purchase earns coins as a percentage cashback, and as your total spend grows, your cashback rate increases. Use coins toward any future purchase.

## How you earn coins

Coins are calculated as a percentage of each purchase, based on your cumulative total spend with SimSIM:

| Tier   | Cumulative Spend | Cashback Rate |
| ------ | ---------------- | ------------- |
| Tier 1 | Up to ₪100       | 2%            |
| Tier 2 | ₪100 – ₪250      | 3%            |
| Tier 3 | ₪250 and above   | 5%            |

## How to redeem coins

1. At checkout, you'll see your available SimSIM Coins balance.
2. If you have at least 15 coins, you can apply them to reduce the total price.
3. Coins are deducted from the order total before payment.
4. Any remaining balance stays in your account for future purchases.

  The minimum redemption amount is 15 SimSIM Coins. Partial redemption (using some, not all, of your balance) is allowed.

## Coins expiry

<Note>
  SimSIM Coins expire after 12 months of inactivity — meaning no qualifying purchase during that period. Any qualifying purchase resets the expiry clock.

## Important rules

    If an order is cancelled, any coins earned from that purchase are deducted from your balance. Any coins you used to pay for the order are refunded.

    No. SimSIM Coins are non-transferable and tied to your account only.

  <Accordion title="Do coins have cash value?">
    No. SimSIM Coins have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

    Misuse of the SimSIM Coins program may result in account closure.
