# SimSIM Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

## Data Retention

  Purchase records and invoice data are retained anonymously for up to 7 years per Israeli tax law, even after account deletion. Active eSIMs remain usable until their original expiry date.

## Children's Privacy

  SimSIM is not intended for users under 16. If we discover data collected from a minor, it will be deleted immediately.

## Service Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally competent to purchase from SimSIM. The service is for personal use only — commercial resale or distribution is prohibited without a written agreement.
