Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the official SimSIM Terms of Service and the state of the eSIM profile.

Read the current [Terms of Service](https://simsimglobal.com/terms-of-service) before making a request. If you need help, open the Help Center from the SimSIM app and include your order number.

  Do not install or scan an eSIM while you are deciding whether to request a cancellation. The official policy determines whether a request is eligible.
