# Manage Your SimSIM Account and Profile

> Update your profile, review your purchase history, manage your eSIMs, and delete your account from the SimSIM app.

Your SimSIM account gives you access to your active plans, purchase history, SimSIM Coins balance, and settings — all from the app.

## Creating an account

1. Download the SimSIM app (iOS or Android).
2. Open the app and tap **Sign Up**.
3. Enter your email address and create a password — or sign in with Google or Apple.
4. Verify your email address.
5. You're ready to browse plans and make your first purchase.

## What's in your account

## Deleting your account

<Warning>
  Deleting your account is permanent. Your SimSIM Coins balance and referral history will be erased. Active eSIMs remain usable until their original expiry date.
</Warning>

1. Open the SimSIM app.
2. Go to **Profile → Account**.
3. Tap **Delete Account** and confirm.
4. If you signed in with Google or Apple, you don't need a separate password to confirm deletion.

  Purchase records and invoice data are retained anonymously for up to 7 years as required by Israeli tax law, even after account deletion.
